Suddenly just experienced a loss of signal to the ONT, cant find a way to try and get help from sky as it has happened an hour after there lines have closed is there anything i can do to try and fix it or do i have to wait for it to either fix itself or for sky to send an engineer

@bradyc12 if the red LOS light is still there this morning call Sky as they need to get the network operator who are Openreach in the UK but in Ireland it is different to check the fibre network. The light means the ONT is not receiving an optical signal.
