@Cheryl28 common issue that somecrooms dont get sufficent wifibsignal from a single WiFi hub. Sky will sell you an add-on called WiFi Max which can supply up to 3 wifi extenders if speeds dontvreach thecguaranteed 10 or 25Mb/s in every room see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Alternatively you can buy and use your oown equipment.
