Cannot plug wires into hub dint fit
I have received my hub and olugged in today. The guide doesnt wirk advises error. The cables do not fit either

@HayleyC are you expecting an engineer to visit to fit a full fibre service? If so the hub has cables to connect to the new equipment the engineer will install and they will set the hub up for you. .
If however it is a replacement hub it is possible Sky have sent you the wrong kit but if so simply use the cables the old hub used and return the unused cables with the old hub.
