RED LIGHT LOS

The loss of service (LOS) light has been red on the open reach box all day. Tried everything obvious. How do I restore the service ??

@StephenSRA

LOS or loss of signal is an issue when the sensor on the ONT isn't receiving a certain threshold of light. We can escalate directly to sky but it may be quicker to call sky

Contact sky as below
