Question: Switching Credit eligibility (Moving Home - Different Addresses)

Hi everyone,

I am moving home and planning to switch to Sky Broadband at my new address. My current provider (Hyperoptic) does not service my new home, so I have to pay an Early Termination Fee.

I want to use the Sky Switching Credit offer (up to £200) to help cover this cost.

My Question: Because I am moving, the address on my old Hyperoptic bill will be different from my new Sky service address. Will my claim be rejected because the addresses do not match?

Has anyone successfully claimed the credit while moving home?

Thanks for your help!
