Query about switching to Sky Broadband

I have been with Bt/EE for many years.  I was afraid to switch because I thought I would lose my email address. But I have been told this is not the case and I can keep my bt address when I switch. Is that correct? And would I still have access to all my bt emails? Thank you in advance for any help.

That's entirely up to BT: it's not something Sky or another ISP has anything to do with.

Yes, but you will downgrade to the basic mail service, unless pay for premium.  The basic mail will not work through a mail client and only works as web mail.
