I've signed up for Sky Broadband and my Sky Max Hub is due to be delivered but my property is gated. I need to supply the gate code to the person delivering so they can access the building and leave on porch while I'm at work but there is no clear means on how to do that. Please help.

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail in the UK to arrive a 'few days' prior to the 'activation date'.
Once it has been dispatched you should be able to track it through Royal Mail.

I suspect there isn't any mechanism to do so.

The hub is delivered via Royal Mail so I'm assuming they have the code. Our posties do.
