Givenergy app won't connect to Sky Max router

Have just changed over to Sky and very unhappy with them for various reasons. However cannot connect Sky Max router with Givenergy generation 3 inverter. Can anyone help?

@What4  Is this via Wi-Fi that you are trying to connect to these devices?
