Virgin being removed today now and need connection. Can I activate broadband sooner?
No, Openreach provide the dates to Sky and other ISP's on the Openreach network, mnimum SLA to connect is 10 working days from the date of the order, this can't be brought forward.

We'd typically suggest a Virgin subscription is kept going until the Openreach circuit is live and broadband from another ISP is known to be working: that avoids the risk of a prolonged period without internet access resulting from, for example, delayed FTTP installation.

If you are porting the number back from virgin the timescale is set by ofcom and can't be changed
remote activation and installations can only be delayed and not brought forward

Find out more@Stuee84 You won't get the service activated any quicker than the date you where given when you signed up, it doesn't matter that you already have the openreach cabling installed, it may actually take longer if you have order full fibre and dont already have the fibre cabel and ONT installed .
