Every day I lose internet connection and find this unacceptable. I'm disabled and have to make an extra very difficult journey up and downstairs to reset the router.
This is unacceptable, Sky and if this service is not immediately improved I will have to find another provider who can give me better service for the enormous amount I am paying every month to Sky.
Sort this out asap, Sky.

I thought I was addressing Sky......it wasn't clear that I was transferring to this forum.
I did try to delete but find it impossible.
What an horrendous website trying to find help for my problem! Yuk!
