Problems with my Wifi
I have sky broadband and I'm connected to my WiFi on my iPhone 14 Pro I am trying to access some important apps on my phone when an message pops up saying error. I have tried to switch my internet off on my phone and in the wall socket and turning back on again nothing. I have tried to remove apps from my phone and installing them . Nothing. I have tried to see if Sky was down at my end and a message pops up to say there is a fault with my internet. When I click on to say fix the problem it comes up all green ticks to say there isn't anything wrong but there is. When I have logged out and gone back in the message keeps telling me there is something wrong with my broadband and when I click on fix problem it says there isn't anything wrong

@Dramaqueenkat if other apps are working on the phone but some are not check thecsetting of Broadband Shield which is Sky's parental control filter as this is set by default to Age13 and will block apps with a higher age rating. The account hokder can change the setting in the My Sky app or website in the product settings.
