The Internet light on my hub is orange, I've done all the tests and sky reckon everything is working. But clearly not, o have no WiFi and no tv because of this. Can't find a number to call. Please can anyone help

Mine is the same, we've just got our internet back after moving house and it's the "Voice" light is orange on mine, I've completely reset the hub, turned it off and back on and it's still not connecting.

Im having the same issue - internet hasn't worked for about an hour now, the light on the box is orange but when running tests on sky app it says connection is good. No idea how to solve!

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

That's what they said to me I've rung them and they tested and said the Internet line is fine, must be router or main socket. Need an engineer, 1st appt Sunday!!! It's a joke told them not good enough. Thinking of cancelling. I have a number but it won't let me post it 🤔

It has magically started working again so guess it wasn't router or socket . Just magic I guess 😆
