@Danielle2222 if tge connection is still down this morning using a mobile device log onto the My Sky app click to run the connection test (if the test is still showing the line is fine ignore that and click to run the test again) as that will then tell you if there is a known fault. If it doesnt call Sky when their lines open between 7 to 8am
