Problems with freezing to and picture pixels distorted

The tv freezes and the picture pixels are distorted when picture start again

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

I am still having rhe same issues, the only thing i can think of is that the router was fitted in the bedroom due to BT not havin g enough cable to fix thier box. The main problems are with the living room TV
