Problems connecting to WiFi with head cam
I'm trying to connect my head cam as this supports WiFi. I have attached a pic - pass word is accepted but, I did see the green tick for about a second and I've tried numerous times. Can anyone help ? 🙏🏻

Re: Problems connecting to WiFi with head cam
@SharonLee I'm not sure what it has to do woth Sky Broadband, perhaps reaching out to the support team of the headcam manufacturer would be appropriate.

Re: Problems connecting to WiFi with head cam
@SharonLee it is possible your camera does not support the dualband wifi SSID your Sky hub transmits.. Check with the maker if it only supports 2.4GHz wifi you will have to split the WiFi bands on your hub using these instructions Split Sky WiFi bands
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Problems connecting to WiFi with head cam
To me that looks like one of those devices that broadcasts its own WiFi network for your device to connect to & then get a live feed. It has nothing to do with actually connecting to your Sky WiFi/Broadband so you would need to talk to the manufacturer about any issues.
