Problem with wifi
Here it is so I had sky super fast the signal was appalling and constantly dropping out ect I was told the sky glass needed better WiFi so I upgrade to sky max I had fitted it and they WiFi still wasn't going at the correct speed. An engineer came out and fitted a new line and it helped but again I'm back to square 1 the WiFi dropping in and out can't watch prime and the app keeps telling me the broadband and WiFi look good? What do i do? I'm tired of the constant phone calls I'm having to make just to get it sorted!

Re: Problem with wifi
@ADRD92 as a first step go into the Glass TV's network settings which will tell you the level of the WiFi signal from the hub to where the TV is. If that is not dtrong enough you will need a boster or use an ethernet cable from the hub.
