You could be a charged a late cancellation fee if you can the visit tomorrow so if you are OK with this then see if you can do that here:

If you can't thn you will need to call Sky.

@Mr+tran the engineer can complete their work without the hub  but pretty obviously you wont be able to use the connection until it arrives.
