Problem with wifi dropping

For past 2 weeks my wifi has dropped alot but I managed to reset and get it going again.  Now its dropping again and when I reset it drops virtually straight away again.  Phone not connecting and minibox saying no internet connection.  Please advise next step

@Chris+and+Maggie run the online service checker in the My Sky app to see if it has picked up a fault. Therecare many possible causes but regarding the Q mini if you have a white Sky hub connect it to the main Q box using WPS not directly to the hub. The other issue with the white hub's is the Q boxes no longer act as WiFi extenders which msy explain the issues with connectivity.
