Problem with the broadband hub

For the last three days my Broadband keeps dropping in & out.

 

My broadband hub Internet light keeps either flashing Amber or going continuously amber. This happens anywhere between every 10 mins to 1 hour. It sorts itself out eventually and goes green but i can't get any work done. The test I keep doing suggests there is an issue with the connection to my hub. I have turned the hub off and on again a few times. It does not change the issue.

what can I do to resolve?

The first stats were on amber I think. The second were green.
