Problem with speed
Hello, the internet was connected today. I took a package of 500 mbps, the speed downstairs in the house is more or less the same, but in 2 rooms I have about 250 mbps and in the bedroom I have 11 Mbps. When ordering, I made sure that each room had this speed and in addition it would cost an extra £3 per month. can this be fixed

You'd need to call Sky and go through a telephone diagnostic script to claim a booster.
Note that the Sky Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee is for 25Mbs. No ISP 'guarantees' Ultrafast+ speeds over WiFi.
