Broadband package still not delivered

Hi there , my broadband package still hasn't turnt up. I was supposed to get it on the 3rd of June . I now have no data ony phone as I have been hit spotting the TV . Could please look into this and get it sent out ASAP please

@Mellows Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

 

Out of interest which broadband package have you ordered(as broadband packages aren't sent out) unless you mean your router hasn't been sent out yet if thats the case when is your go live date
