I have just connected a new sky max router. Although the internet works the 'my sky app' says there is a problem with the router set up and activation. The sky pod will also not connect to it and when I scan the QR code on the pod box it tells me to install the router first. Initially my sky q box and sky q mini box kept dropping connection to the router, but I have linked the router to my two old sky broadband boosters and this seems to have resolved.

Any advice on how to install the router and connect the pod?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ajcmlcelc leavectge system to update which can take quite a while. If it has not finished by morning give Sky a call when their lines open sround 8am.
