Problem with sky fibre

I am only getting 80, but paying for 500 sky fibre . Was put in last Wednesday and has not been right since with a problem with the phone which has now been corrected. But since that time the I have only been getting 80 instead of the at least 400 and paying for the 500. Please can you sort this issue out for me or get a engineer out

I'm afraid not @Clair15 as this is a customer helps customer forum so try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@Clair15 You can also have a look on the service checker and then to the broadband expand it and see what sky have on the settings and also over the last 30 day's when they do the daily check to your hub. You should see ths jump around the time you ordered your upgrade.
