New hub no network connection

I have had a new hun delivered and installed today. 

it is not connecting to my tv

Are other devices connected to your Wifi connection without any issues ?

@HelenS30 If you can say which hub you got from sky, you may have to adjust a setting. See the link below.

i've got the same issue, lost connection and have currently connected via Ethernet, but can'y connect my puk to wifi or my Amazon Firestick
