Problem with sky broadband

Hi 

i have a major problem with my broadband 

My network download speed is 1.18 most days . The highest it's ever been was 5.2 . 
it's running so slow that the broadband in my house is terrible. 
I've moved the rooter next to my firestick but this has made no difference. 
I think I need an engineer or new router. 
Please help with this problem

If you post your Hub stats, we'll have some information about your particular phone line and internet connection to work with.

Note that it's speed arriving at the Hub which counts against the minimum speed guarantee, not speed test website results on a wireless device.
