Solved
Ok so when browsing using my wifi on my phone or tablet i had problems like conuldn't view certain contaent or videos or images... well after many hours of trying many different solutions i did a factory reset on my sky hub (sr102). I thought that the reset button on the the outside of the sky router was ment for a factory reset but realised this is not the case.
If anyone has this sort of problem use the factory reset on the software page accessed by 192.168.0.1
sign in using user: admin pass: sky . the stupid user interface design will then hide the buttons for the reset so just
-click on the sky lettering in white in the top left hand corner,
-now on the right you should see a box Useful Settings and at the bottom facotry reset
hope this is useful

On my Sky Broadband Hub it's the 'Sky hub' logo at the top right you click on although I didn't know that little lot was there so cheers.
