Problem with broadband

Done everything I can all green lights on but still says on my sky glass problem with broadband

@Marie122 Everything else is working 100% and just the Sky glass TV that will not connect, have you looked on the Glass part of the Forum!

Are your other devices working OK so any phones or tablets you have are they connected to your wifi network without any issues ?
