Slow internet

Hi, my Internet is very slow and WiFi on phone flickering between 0 to 1 bar. I use medical equipment that uses WiFi and if I can't get stronger signal I won't be able to use it. I've done the hub maintenance and not made a difference. It's on my account about medical equipment but customer services a waste of time

@SJ78 wifi signal strength in hour home drpends on the layout and type of construction of your home. In many properties a single Sky hub is insufficent to give ussbe wifi in every room. Sky do offerca package called WiFi Max which is explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max which may help.

 

Depending on what medical equipment you have you may need extra help which normally would come from whoever supports that equipment not from your ISP but registering with Sky's Accessibility team would seem sensible see https://skyaccessibility.sky
