Cannot access any sky apps as in Netflix, Disney- says not connected
tested all Wi fi and broadband and not found any issues

I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting Sky directly, but I can't get past the automatic voice which s doesn't understand the issue. I have tried several time since but the My Sky app still doesn't give me my present broadband speed nor my speed s for the last 30 days
Does anyone have any thoughts? For example, how to get to speak to a real person at Sky

When asked anything by the bot try saying nothing to see if it will then route you call through to someone.

I thought that was a really good idea, but after the bot made several attempts to get me to choose an option, I was cut off!

I've been on the chat and I was told I'd signed into My App with the wrong email address I should have used my gmail address, but it gets diverted to my usual address anyway. So it still doesn't work. I'm at my wits end

I've added to this in a bid to move it up and hope someone has come across this issue and been able to solve it
