Do sky only provide phone calls through broadband?

Keep seeing that my sky talk will come through the internet - is there an option to have it old school through the phone line still?

Not on a new order, apart from exceptional circumstances such as the presence of a safety-critical service*.  PSTN reached 'stop-sell' on new orders more than a year ago as part of the run-up to the national switch-off scheduled for January 2027.

*in which case the ISP will typically refuse to commission the broadband product at the address.

Landlines through the copper wires will cease in less than two years (unless the date is put back again) so all calls will have to be internet based. 

All new Broadband subscriptions will be via the internet.
