Problem signing up for Sky Broadband

Hi all,

just moved to a new rental home and want to go with sky for my broadband, on the app try and add broadband to my package, but when I tell it the current provider, in this case talk talk, it asks for the account name and number, which I do t know, the landlord doesn't know either, it won't let me proceed without this info apparently , anyone know a way round it?

@Martin348 if you are signing up for a new service you should not need thst information just the full street address. It is only relevant if you have an existing servicecyou want to switch. There could be a delay if the last tenant has not moved the service to their new address. If stuck give Sky a call.
