Discussion topic: Problem downloading emails on sky wifi

My emails won't consistently download when connected to sky Wi-Fi. I can download them immediately when I switch to mobile data. Sometimes no emails come through, sometimes it's just that it won't download images or content.
my email account is with AOL.
any ideas?
