Does anyone know how to get printer set up on laptop, since having new router installed it wont connect. It says offline or unavailabe, have tried pressing WPS on router but doesn,t work.

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3-T to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.
