We have super fast which is very limited and increasing by £3 but says you can cancel but 75 full fibre his available and cheaper ? can I just swap to that? 5 months left on contract
The email you received notifying the increase has a number to call if you want to cancel, so give that a try & see if they can help. But you may well find that you won't get a competitive offer until after you've placed an order with another provider.
