My Sky Broadband was cancelled last month, with all equipment returned. Today I got an email saying my broadband price will increase. Why am I getting this if my broadband is cancelled?

Just guessing here, that the email was generated (but not necessarily sent) whilst you were still in the 14 day notice period.
