Pos light red ipon blank lan green

Down 40 mins, no wifi or broadband,  sky's service checker lies and tells me all good (again) at 153mbps 

So red light on pos (piece of) means our broadband is all ok, yes?

By the way, had so many engineers to our home over the years, they must avoid taking the call. Regular drop outs late evening through early morning,  not great for disabled user with insomnia 😑

@SamZoe loss of connection between midnight and 7am is often due to routine maintenance work. The service checker will not pick that up for around an hour. If the service is back by morning it is safe to assume that there is no fault requiring you to have an engineer attend.

@SamZoe No POS on an ONT will be a PON, also RED light then NO Internet!
