Port forwarding

What are the numbers I have to put in for port forwarding in the start and finish and is it only 1 port now as it used to be 4 I think

@Sammypot the port numbers you are required to forward are set by the application you are trying to give access to so check with whoever is selling it.

It's for my xbox as I'm getting high 50s ping when joining a game and I think with a gigabit of Internet speed I should be getting in at about late terns maybe 20s. I just need the start and stop numbers of ports
