Broadband connection

Up until 1 hour ago my wifi was working fine. Now it says there's an account problem and needs to be activated. Yet been working fine for 4 months.. any help or anyone having the same issue?

Hi thanks, it's working again. For whatever reason decided not to reconnect automatically and was being weird. Thanks for your reply though 🤗

@Dawn2023 if you are still stuck reboot your hub.if the problem remains check that the last payment was made from your bank. If your account has been restricted due to a payment issue see this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/reinstate-a-sky-account-my-sky
