Port Forwarding

I'm trying to set up port forwarding on the SR203 router to play games with friends on Steam (Half Life2, Fist Full of Frags, etc).  When I was using the old SR102 router this was no problem but can't seem to get it to work on the SR203.

I have tried temporarily disabling the firewall but this makes no difference.  I have tried a port checker but but never found any port showing as open.

Any help would be appreciated.

@Penguin77 Turn your firewall back on you dont want to have it off, and from the tips above.
