My internet is slow

I have had an issue with my internet speed for the past few weeks. When I go to the my sky app and run tests, it says it's ok but this is clearly not the case. 
what is going on? 
please can you send a technician to [removed] . This needs to be sorted, I pay a lot of money for this service.
