The wireless speed guarantee for Sky Max is greater then 25Mbps if you upgrade or have this package then Sky can provide additional Sky Max Pods to solve the issue. That should allow you firestick to operate correctly, give Sky a call about the Sky Max Pod equipment to solve the issue.
And the speed guarantee on the line is only from router to exchange, so this doesn't include wireless at those tops speeds only over ethernet wired connection.
