Cannot get the internet and don't know what or how to get it went off suddenly about 3 weeks ago said there was a weak connection but do not know what to do as I am not very experienced with all this stuff

One needs to call Sky by phone, there is a 03xx... phone number on the Sky site to report the total falure of your broadband. Alternativily, you can run the line test in the Sky App which should allow you book an engineer to get the fault fixed.
