Internet hub keeps going offline

Every few hours hub goes down. Reset it and it came back. This time it's not hasn't

The power supply with or in the router depending on which router you have has failed. You will need a new router and power supply and this you'll need to contact Sky about to source, or hopefully a superuser will esculate the post to Sky so they can arrange a new wireless router.
