Poor wifi

All lights green on wifi router but internet keeps dropping throughout the day. Has worked fine in past. Lose it on computer, ipad and iphone. Have tried diagnostic check - says all ok. So looks like a problem with router and wifi within bungalow? Tried to speak to someone at Sky but all automated responses. Will have to look to new provider when contract up as this is so unreliable. Can someone from Sky please get in contact with me asap?

@MickyP4  If you have a black router can you please post your  router stats.
