Can I still order ADSL whilst openreach delay fibre install?

Can I still order legacy ADSL? Long story short, but constant delays, cancellations, openreach issues in getting full fibre to the property. The property (which we've just moved into) has ADSL hardware installed, and thats what the neighbours are all still using, but sky keep trying to push the full fibre only, wont let me order ADSL as 'computer says no' and keep getting stuck in loops of automated texts and emails about openreach delays. I know no one wants to sell ADSL anymore, and they wont to new customers, but surely there is an exception process whilst they monkey around trying to figure out how to install full fibre to 10x properties.

The issue would be that no ISP structures its minimum terms pricing to accommodate two lots of Openreach provisioning fees.

In addition, for 'fibre priority' areas there's simply no option for an ISP to offer VDSL service.
