My WiFi Max is poor (even though the test says it is good) , especially upstairs on my desktop, and I need this back online asap as I have an online zoom meeting at 4pm.

@Smarty44 If it's poor wifi there is no way on this earth Sky could ever resolev it in 1 day, it sounds like to need a pod for upstairs which you'll need to call Sky to obtain.
Or do you mean there is an outage to your broadband service?

Re: Poor wifi
Thanks for the reply. I had a feeling that would be the case. It's not an outage, just very poor signal. I'll ring Sky now. Cheers.
