Poor wifi

I constantly have to put up with speeds of 2.75 Mbs when I'm being charged for 75Mbs speed. Can't get help from sky. They check online and say everything is fine. Check network on Netflix or phone speed check and it tells me 2.75 Mbs.

@Nigel--10 What sky hub do you have, a black or white one? If you have the black sky Broadband or the sky Q see the link below and if possible capture and post the stat's allow a minute or so for all the fields to fill in! Picture sample is at the bottom!

Unless you have a very unusual mobile, that is indeed a wireless speed: 75Mbs would be wired speed as far as the Hub.

My Sky glass tv is hard wired to hub 500mm away. Programmes still waiting to load.

@Nigel--10 che k the speed to your hub shown in the Service checker in the My Sky app or website if you click through it will show you the speed for the last 3 weeks. If speeds are below the guarantee for your line then the app should offer to book an engineer.
