Poor wifi

Just got a new hub and I'm now getting the buffering signs again. I'm now supposed to be on the super fast WiFi, Max Hub. I've been trying to speek to someone as on my phone it says everything is working but when I called it said there was a fault and I can't get through for it to be fixed
