Says my Wi-Fi is working, so why am I sat on my 5G?

I'm extremely disappointed with my connection throughout my house with sky we've had ongoing problems since it was installed. I get very little signal in my back area of my house even with a booster.  I've just done Wi-Fi check and it says Wi-Fi is good and broadband is good no known problems but I'm sat with 5G on my phone
