Poor wifi

Broadband is fine as when I hardwire in it's fine. But when my phone connects to the WiFi or my wife's laptop connects both struggle with getting consistent internet speeds or any.

@Al+Bowell how far are you from the hub? WiFi sifnals lose power when passing through solid objects like walls, the denser the material the more power is lost. In many homes you need morecthan a single free Sky hub to get usable wifi in every room. If working from home ethernet cables are always the best solution where that is practical. Otherwise you mmay to think about extending the wifi in your home.
